Carbon Black Homopolymer Cloth Dust Collector Bag Filter
Dust filter bag is widely used in non-ferrous metal process, smelting process, carbon black, cement production process, lime and fertilizer production process, sintering machine in steel plant, coal dry process, and in the wet dedusting field.
It suits middle temperature and high acid, alkali chroma environment. It has good ability of acid and alkali resistance, anti-oxidation, hydrolysis resistance.
Performance:
1. Resistant to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids.
2. Hydrolysis resistant is strong.
3. Better replacement of polyester filter bags in acidic corrosion and high moisture working conditions.
4. continuous operating temperature is below 125ºC, instant temperature is not more than 140ºC.
5. Good alkali resistance in temperature < 150ºC.
