Compared with aromatic polyamide fiber, it has better hydrolysis stability. The strength if fiber will not reduce even in 160ºC and 79% of relative humidity conditions for 500 hours. But its antioxidant ability is bad, therefore, it is particularly important to know the actual temperature, oxygen content NOX content in order to ensure the longer using life the product must have the  special treatment if dipping and size-fixing at high temperature. It is also needed to suggest the working temperature at the range of 145ºC~160ºC to ensure the optimum operation. The material is the best choice for the application of bag-mode dust catcher for the domestic coal-fired boilers. Our PPS filtration bag is widely applied in the dust catcher for the coal-fired boilers of 75T,120T,240T,420T,490T and 1000T. The performance is quite good.

Application:
 
PPS (Ryton) Filter medias are widely used in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, coking furnaces, kiln furnaces, chemical dry process of flue gas cleaning processes, also using, carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, cement industry, and more. When due to chemical attack and hydrolysis causes, Aramid cannot be used, PPS (Ryton) Filter Media can be substituted.
