Product Description
High Efficiency Plate Type is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and airtight operation of fine filtration equipment. It is widely used in many industries such as chemical industry, petroleum, paint, food, medicine and so on.
Because Plate Type Hermetic Filter has many advantages such as unique structure, compact size, high filtration efficiency, fine filtrate, no waste of materials, no consumption of filter paper, filter cloth and so on. It only consumes a small amount of filter aid. It can be easily maintained, cleaned and operated at a very low cost.
Automatic Plate Type Hermetic Filter is composed of a container, a filter screen, a lifting structure and an automatic unloading device. The filter screen is made of multi-layer stainless steel and is installed in the center of the liquid pipe for easy cleaning.
In the filtration process, the unfiltered liquid with filter aid enters the body through the transmission system (pump or other tools). After a stable filter cake is formed on the filter screen, the filtrate is filtered through the micropores of the filter cake.
The entire filtration system consists of NYB filter, mixing tank, delivery pump, pipeline, valve, electronic control system and some auxiliary equipment. The filtration technology is determined by the filter medium.
